2. Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute a contractual offer, a guarantee of services, a price quotation, or a commitment to attend to any particular plumbing enquiry.
While we make reasonable efforts to keep the website information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any information on the site.
3. Availability of Services
Availability of plumbing services is not guaranteed and is subject to our current workload, location, access requirements, and other operational factors. Submitting an enquiry through our website or by email does not create a booking, confirm any appointment, or guarantee that services will be provided.
Urgent plumbing support is subject to availability. We cannot guarantee same-day attendance, emergency response within any specified time, or 24/7 availability.
4. Scope, Costs, and Confirmation
Any scope of work, pricing, materials, and timing are confirmed separately with each client before any work begins. Information on our website about service types does not constitute a price or a commitment to carry out work at any particular cost.
No fixed price is applicable unless confirmed in writing. Final scope, costs, timing, and material requirements are agreed on a per-project basis before work commences.
We cannot guarantee that all plumbing issues can be resolved on a single visit. Additional visits, specialist involvement, or alternative approaches may be required depending on the nature of the issue.
5. Property Access and Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, the plumbing issue, access arrangements, and any relevant site conditions. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect our ability to carry out work safely and efficiently.
Property access, tenant access arrangements (where applicable), and any relevant notices or permissions are the responsibility of the client. FlashFlow Plumbing Limited will not carry out work without appropriate property access being confirmed.
6. Regulated and Specialist Works
Where gas, boiler, combustion, electrical, regulated, or other specialist works are identified as required, these must be carried out by appropriately qualified and registered professionals. FlashFlow Plumbing Limited does not carry out Gas Safe registered work, NICEIC electrical work, or other regulated trades unless separately confirmed and evidenced.
Heating-related plumbing content on this website does not imply Gas Safe work or any other regulated activity unless separately confirmed in writing by a suitably registered professional.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlashFlow Plumbing Limited accepts no liability for:
- Any reliance on information published on this website.
- Any loss or damage resulting from accessing or using this website.
- Any consequential, indirect, or special loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
- Loss or damage to property arising from work carried out in accordance with a confirmed scope.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
8. No Guarantee of Results
While we aim to carry out all work to a professional standard, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, the resolution of all plumbing issues on a single visit, or the complete prevention of future plumbing problems. All plumbing issues are assessed and addressed based on the information available and accessible at the time of the visit.
9. Client Conduct
Clients must ensure that safe working conditions are provided, that property access is as agreed, and that all relevant information about the property and the plumbing issue has been disclosed. FlashFlow Plumbing Limited reserves the right to decline or suspend work if site conditions are unsafe or if material information has been withheld.
10. Intellectual Property
